About Buckwheat Crunchies Raw Granola
Buckwheat Crunchies is a delicious, raw, and innovative granola, made with organic buckwheat, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, coconut, flax seeds, agave nectar, plus dried fruits and seasonings. Buckwheat Crunchies is excellent straight out of the bag, or with raw nut milk* (sounds kinda funny, we know, but it’s so good!) and fresh fruit, and many people enjoy it with soymilk, milk, soygurt, and yogurt, too. Yum!

Benefits.
The benefits of Buckwheat Crunchies Raw Granola are too great to enumerate entirely, but here’s a short list. Buckwheat Raw Granola is:

  • incredibly tasty!
  • ‘au naturel’ or ‘raw.’
  • gluten-free.
  • vegan.
  • cholesterol-free.
  • high in fiber.  you’ll be as regular as a German train.  no, in fact, more so.
  • a complete protein.
  • visually similar to bird seed – it MUST be good for you!
  • jam-packed with many nutrients such as omega-3’s, potassium, iron, magnesium, manganese, copper, B vitamins, essential fatty acids, and antioxidants.
  • made with low-glycemic ingredients.

*Our favorite raw nut milk recipe: rinse 1 cup almonds and then soak in water for 4-8 hours. Drain and rinse, then mix with 3-4 cups of water, plus 1 tsp. vanilla extract and raw agave nectar to taste.  Blend this mixture in a high-powered blender for 1-2 minutes. We recommend using a Blendtec® or a Vita-Mix®.  Finally, strain blended mixture through a cheese cloth. Raw nut milks should keep well in a refrigerator for several days.  If you’re new to raw nut milks, it might sound a little woo woo, but we guarantee you’ll love it and feel the benefits right away!
